Hello. I’ve been involved in the health & fitness arena since 1995. Where between then and 2006 I completed a BSc in fitness & health, and set up my own small personal training company and gym for a short period before moving into therapy, rehabilitation and functional medicine and nutrition for another fifteen years. During this time I found reading the work of scientists like Ray Peat, Albert Szent Györgi, Denis Noble, Katherina Dalton and many more peaked my interest in biology. So in 2016 to 2019 I completed a post grad diploma and MSc in endocrinology. I know split my time between consulting and completing a Phd in endocrine research. If you need to know more about me there’s some boring stuff on qualifications and experience below.

Current research, coaching and seminar services

From 2016-2019 I decided to pursue my interests in endocrinology and completed a post graduate diploma and subsequent MSc in Endocrinology at the University of South Wales. With the great debacle of 2020 I decided to focus solely on hormones, research and coaching, working with clients around the world and producing seminars for those interested. I split my time between these endeavours and pursuing a doctoral research program on the effects of various pollutants on thyroid physiology at the molecular and biochemistry level. Did I mention it’s taking six long years?
